Actress Minka Kelly is allegedly featured in a 30-minute sex tape being offered for sale. According to TMZ.com, the former Charlie's Angels star might have been underage at the time it was filmed.

The tape is being marketed around by an ex-boyfriend of Kelly's, who is also featured in the video.

According to TMZ, the sex tape is shot in a "semi-professional manner" as the camera is secured by a tripod and connected to a television monitor. There are conflicting reports on whether Kelly, if it is her, is aware of the camera's presence. TMZ added Kelly was "very aware" of the camera, but the Daily Mail says "There is no question that the footage was filmed without the participants' permission."

In the video, two songs can be heard from singer Brandy's 1998 album Never Say Never. The album was released 16 days before Kelly's 18th birthday.

The video will be sold to the highest bidder, however if Kelly was in fact underage, the video can be categorized as child pornography.

Kelly, nor a representative, has commented on the matter.

If the footage is proven to be the 32-year-old actress, perhaps as famous for previously dating New York Yankees' shortstop Derek Jeter, it is unknown if she will see a career boost as other sex tapes have done done for socialite Paris Hilton in 2001 and Kim Kardashian in 2007 who now stars in a number of shows on E!

Kelly's acting career included in NBC's Friday Night Lights and the reboot of ABC's Charlie's Angels. Kelly is set to play former US First Lady Jackie Kennedy with actor James Marsden as President John F Kennedy in The Butler, also starring Forest Whitaker, John Cusack, Oprah Winfrey, Terrence Howard, and Vanessa Redgrave.
